Crapless craps: no craps numbers on the come-out

In crapless craps, the pass line cannot lose on the come-out. Rolls of 2, 3, 11 and 12 become points instead. Only a 7 wins at once, and the pass line edge rises to about 5.38%.

Why the edge rises

In regular craps, 11 wins on the come-out two times in 36. In crapless, an 11 becomes a hard point that loses to 7 three times out of four.

Turning 2, 3 and 12 into points helps a little, but not enough to offset the lost 11.

Using odds

The best way to play crapless is a small flat bet with full odds. With 3-4-5x odds, the combined edge drops close to 1%.

Odds on 2 and 12 at 6 to 1 add large swings.
